It is nicely hand painted on the front surface of it with many beautiful designs.  At the back, the bamboo is coated with a thin layer of shellac to maintain the surface and protect the bamboo too. There are also matching coasters made from bamboo too. I have a total of 18 coasters in my collection here.  It is indeed a great piece to share with you guys here

Vintage water heater

Image
Here is one ordinary water heater from the late 90s. This vintage water heater is still in a good working condition despite its old age. In the past, people used to boil hot water and pour them into the large ern or pail filled with icing cold water. Water heater change the way, how people shower as people in the past used to shower with cold water most of the time. Now we have the comfort of hot water shower and it is available to us in the most convenient way. The body of the national hot water heater is made from plastic and it use to be white in colour but as time pass, the colour has changed to be yellowish. This is a sharing only regarding about how old water heater looks like in the past 20 years.  No one wants to display a set of water heater in their display corner, therefore these vintage water heater are not commonly use as collectible items.

Here is a sharing only as my uncle used to own an alcoholic shop and close down many years ago. As indicated on the box, this batch of Remy Martin VSOP is for Kuala Lumpur and is produced on May 1991.
